All products are homemade Nepali meat achar prepared with traditional recipes. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual QR/bank/eSewa payments. For QR payments, orders are only confirmed after payment verification by our team.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nepal via courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or errors in your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Buda Ko Achar and is protected by Nepali and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buda Ko Achar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Itahari, Nepal.
